Modelos pedagógicos de educación básica media en la unidad educativa “Roberto Cruz”.

There are a still academic environments in the educational spaces that is called traditional model, this model is when the student is a recipient of knowledge; this is opposite to Piaget and Vygotsky who said the education should be more flexible and managed to the student learning, in which he is the author of his knowledge, it is called constructivist model. So, the fundamental purpose of the research has been to analyze the pedagogical model of the "Roberto Cruz" Educational Unit of Basic Education, in the afternoon section, according to the 2016 basic education curriculum. This analysis involves the comparison between two specific pedagogical models such as the traditional-heterostructuring and constructivist-self-structuring, and its manifestation in the teaching practice of the case study institution. The research was qualitative and the following research techniques have been used: content analysis of the Plan Educativo Institucional (PEI); interviews directed to teachers and authorities of the Educational Unit; and non-participant direct observation. Among the results, it was found that managers and teachers value the importance of the constructivist approach in education; of the three teachers observed it was confirmed that one has implemented teaching-learning strategies under the constructivist model, while the others partially applied said model. It is recommended to maintain the pedagogical support towards teachers who are not involved in this model yet, with the purpose of favoring in the student a holistic and integral education as indicated by the PEI.En los espacios educativos aún se observa entornos académicos en los que el estudiante es un receptor de conocimientos, condición propia del modelo tradicional; esto es contrario a lo que propone el modelo constructivista y autores como Piaget y Vygotsky: una educación que debe ser más flexible, encaminada al aprendizaje del estudiante y en el que éste sea el autor de su conocimiento. Frente a esta cuestión, el propósito de la investigación ha sido analizar el modelo pedagógico que tiene la Unidad Educativa “Roberto Cruz” de Educación Básica Media de la sección vespertina de acuerdo al currículo de educación básica 2016. Este análisis implica el comparativo entre dos modelos pedagógicos específicos como son el tradicional-heteroestructurante y el constructivista-autoestructurante y su manifestación en la práctica docente de la institución caso de estudio. La investigación fue cualitativa y se han utilizado las siguientes técnicas de investigación: análisis de contenido del Plan Educativo Institucional (PEI); entrevistas dirigidas a docentes y autoridades de la Unidad Educativa; y la observación directa no participante. Entre los resultados se obtuvo que tanto directivos como docentes valoran la importancia del enfoque constructivista en la educación; de los tres docentes observados se confirmó que uno ha implementado estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje bajo el modelo constructivista, mientras que los demás aplicaron de manera parcial dicho modelo. Se recomienda, mantener el apoyo pedagógico hacia los docentes que aún no se implican en este modelo con el propósito de favorecer en el estudiante una educación integral y holística según indica el PEI
